Forested Slope on Orange County Easement
This forested slope is on private property along the east side of the
creek just south of Erwin Road. The wooded property is behind the former Hollow Rock Store and is
protected by a conservation easement held by Orange County. The easement will allow a future public
trail to be constructed linking Duke Forest to planned trails in Durham County one mile
downstream. |
